Within three to five days of the date of shipping, we strive to deliver all orders. In the “orders” section of your EMP customer account, you may view the status of your order.
All EMP deliveries in the UK are currently handled by Royal Mail. Once we prepare your order for shipping, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Moreover, you can receive multiple deliveries for the same order. This is because certain of our products (such shoes and leather goods) are shipped from different warehouse locations.
