Install a VPN, just get the google chrome add-on, SetupVPN – Lifetime Free VPN, put your name and email for free quick registration. Click the country allowed to watch the video and that’s it. Then, you can watch your YouTube video without trouble.

It’s a free Chrome add-on and it works well for YouTube. Easy and the free version is enough. Just click the add-on icon, select your wished country and refresh the page to access the content.

I mainly use it for blocked YouTube videos or for Arte.tv website, basically, anytime I have the message “This video is not available in your country”.

List of other VPN to unlock video

Firstly, please note I haven’t tried them. Those are from Forum / recent conversation thread from Facebook groups.

  • Tunnello (looks similar to the one above)
  • Windscribe
  • FrozenWay
  • Turbo
  • Cyberghost

VPN best to avoid:

  • Hola
Hola is a peer-to-peer VPN, meaning that instead of using a park of servers located around the world, Hola tunnels its signals through the connection of its users.

In their privacy policy (https://hola.org/legal/privacy) we can read the following:Log data may include the following information – browser type, web pages you visit, time spent on those pages, access times and dates
We may disclose Personal Information to other trusted third-party service providers or partners for the purposes of providing you with the Services, storage and analytics. We may also transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies.
    […] Then at the end:
This Policy may be revised from time to time at our sole discretion, so please check it regularly.

That’s it. Happy browsing!
