The Hut Review – UK 2024
I shopped multiple times on websites part of the Hut Group. In my case, it’s one of my go-to place to buy gifts. I only had a problem with one delivery (I received one product, but the second dispatch I never got). I contacted the customer services using the online chat. It’s a bit slow to pass all the security details, but finally, they sent me a new product I got a few days later. They are gigantic, The Hut Group is a massive business. They own MyProtein, Look Fantastic, MyBag, IWOOT, and many other websites. Often you can find the same products across those sub-websites. They are all dispatched from the same warehouses. The Hut Group headquarters is based at Manchester Airport.
Moreover, one of the big bonus for me is the fact they ship worldwide. “For products shipping from the UK to addresses in the EU, tax and duties will be settled on your behalf with our courier, so there is no cost to you.”. It’s a decent shipping cost and even free for some countries (i.e. Europe) when you spend a certain amount. I have some friends and family abroad, so for Christmas I just ship my presents directly there, making my items of luggage lighter. In conclusion, I think I will keep using them for a long time.
