Referrer Rewards
- A person who is a Referrer is offered 2 Free Pure Pillows – for each friend who they refer to Simba Sleep Limited’s Simba Sleep Website (at www.simbasleep.com) via a referral code or link, who is a first-time customer of the Simba Sleep Website (a “Referred Friend”).
- To qualify as a Referrer, a person must be a customer of Simba Sleep and must have placed an order on the Simba Sleep website whether that order was for any product in the Hybrid Range (Hybrid® Essential Mattress, a Simba Hybrid® Mattress, Simba Hybrid® Pro Mattress, Simba Hybrid® Luxe Mattress, or a Simba Hybrid® Ultra Mattress) or the Earth Range (Simba Source Mattress, Simba Escape Mattress, or a Simba Apex Mattress) or any other Simba sleep product. (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
- The Referrer must share their referral link or code with the Referred Friend.
- To be eligible to be a Referrer, a person must be a natural person, they must comply with the general Terms of Simba Sleep Limited which may be accessed via the Simba Sleep Website accessible at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms/ , and they must be 18 years of age or over.
- If a Referrer has not made a Qualifying Purchase, their referral link or code may not be valid.
- This offer can be shared for 3 months from the date of acceptance into Mention Me’s program by the Referrer.
- Rewards shall be calculated on a cumulative basis; if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Simba, multiple rewards will be available to the Referrer, subject to a limit; this limit is that a Referrer may not earn more than 2 Rewards within any 24 hour period, or 10 within last 365 day period.
- Simba Sleep Limited reserves the right to limit the rewards offered, or number of rewards redeemed per purchase at its discretion without notice.
- A Referrer should not expect their Referred Friends to be given rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 2 friends within any 24 hour period.
- A Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase and when the Reward has been earned. Rewards are earned only if qualifying criteria have been met.
- Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the Referrer. For the avoidance of doubt, the date on which the Reward is taken to have been earned after 100 days, provided the Referred Friend’s order has not been returned. The Referrer understands that this date is also relevant to the Referred Friend, and therefore necessarily understands that by virtue of approval of a reward for a Referred Friend, the expiry (or otherwise) of the 100 days, in respect of the Qualifying Purchase, is necessarily shared indirectly with the Referred Friend.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or with any other promotion or offer in a single order.
- Simba Sleep Limited reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referrer at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Simba Sleep Limited reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer or withdraw the offer at any time without notice at its sole discretion.
- A Referrer who allows or makes a referral link or code available for use by others via mechanisms other than within the spirit of referring their own friends (including, but not limited to, circumstances where a Referrer allows their referral links or codes to be posted to publicly accessible social media pages operated by other parties, a Referrer makes a referral link or discount code available on an auction website, or where a Referrer makes a referral link or code available on a website which provides discount codes to consumers), as determined by Simba Sleep Limited at its sole discretion, may not receive £100 off for referrals.

- The Referred Friend is offered 2 free Pure Pillows when they place their first order. To qualify, the first order must spend £300 or more in a single order. *Please note, your Simba Stratos® Pillow may arrive with a slight delay, in a separate order to your Hybrid® mattress.
- Simba Sleep Limited reserves the right to throttle the value or number of rewards redeemed per purchase at its discretion without notice.
- • The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the Referred Friend. For the avoidance of doubt, the date on which the Reward is taken to have been earned will be manually determined by Simba Sleep Limited’s staff, and will be a date after 100 days provided the Referred Friend’s order has not been returned, in respect of the Qualifying Purchase.
- Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
- The Referred Friend’s reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.

The Foam
We started with the three layers of foam, experimenting with different combinations of foam – PU foam, high density foam, synthetic foam and natural foams – until we got it right. But we knew we could do better than a foam stack…
The Springs
We added springs, working with one of the world’s leading spring manufacturers to design a spring that would fit inside of a rolled mattress.
This was revolutionary. The conical pocket spring we developed was the missing ingredient – it meant we solved the secret of the perfect night’s sleep.
Simbatex
Now it was the time for the top layer latex. We went through lots of different types of latex and found none were good enough. So we developed our very own synthetic latex. We called it Simbatex. It meant it didn’t trap in heat and added a luxurious level of comfort to the mattress.
Data-driven design
We created our prototypes using research profiles from more than 10 million sleepers – including 180 million body profile data points.
Tested and tested
The testing saw us improve the mattress even more. We replaced the memory foam lower down in the mattress. We made the spring unit even more flexible so that it moulded to the sleeper’s body. This meant more support and a better sleep.
